Wedding Package Specifics

Q: What is included in the Wedding Package?

A: Included in your wedding package:

• Ceremony/Reception site for 5 hours

• Bride’s and Groom’s rooms available 1.5 hours prior to ceremony with a snack tray and beverage of your choice

• White or Ivory floor length linens, china, stemware, flatware

• Wedding Coordinator

• Pre-Ceremony beverages for guests

• Fruit and Vegetable Display during cocktail hour

• Catered Cuisine of your choosing

• Champagne Toast

• Wedding Cake (upgrade charges may apply depending on complexity of design)

• Use of Los Willows Bridal Salon and Makeup Studio

• All set-up and clean-up     

Q: What is not included in the package?

A: Our Package does not include your Bar Package, Floral, DJ, Photography, or Clergy. Los Willows will provide you with an outstanding preferred vendor list.

Q: What if we only want a Reception?

A: If you would like to use Los Willows for your reception our package price remains the same, and you will still have our grounds for the same amount of time.

Q: How much does the package cost?

A: Starts at $100.00 / pp plus tax and 20% service charge.
Our package price depends on the menu you choose. Please refer to our Pricing Summary page for additional information.

Q: What are the guest minimums?

A: Saturday 125 Guests. Friday, Sunday and Holidays 100 Guests.

Q: Is the dance floor included in the package?

A: Yes! Los Willows has a large, 20X20 honey oak dance floor that is included in your wedding package.

Q: What kind of chairs are provided?

A: We provide White Vienna chairs for both your ceremony and reception. We also have Chiavari Chairs or beautiful white or ivory chair covers with sashes available for rent.

Q: What is the tent pavilion?

A: The tent pavilion is perfect for your reception up to 250 guests. It is a 3,400 square foot permanent tent, with retractable sides. The climate controlled pavilion boasts wonderful views of the Los Willows Lake and grounds. There is a large dance floor so you and your guests can dance the night away.

Pricing

Q: Do you offer children’s prices?

A: Yes! Children ten years and younger are half price

(10 children maximum at this price. Must meet minimum adult guest count.)

Q: Is there an extra ceremony fee?

A: No. It is included in your package.

Q: Is there a cake cutting fee?

A: No. Cake Cutting is Included.

Bar

Q: Is a Bartender Included?

A: Yes. A Professional bartender will cater to all your bar needs..

Q: What if I want to host the bar for cocktail hour only?

A: No Problem. You can purchase any Bar packages by the hour. Afterwards the bar will turn into a cash bar.

Planning

Q: Do I need to provide a wedding coordinator?

A: Although Los Willows welcomes all outside coordinators; one is not necessary. Our talented team is here to help you in your planning process and an experienced coordinator will be provided to facilitate your rehearsal as well as your wedding event.

Q: How far ahead do we need to book our wedding?

A: We recommend at least a year in advance. Weekend dates tend to book up very quickly. Once you do get engaged, it is a good idea to start planning as soon as you can!

Q: Will I be able to taste the food before the wedding?

A: Los Willows will schedule a tasting appointment up to (4) four people with our caterer where you will taste your menu and cake selections.

Q: Do you have a place for me to get ready on my wedding day?

A: In addition to your dressing room, Los Willows has a beautiful Pool Side Bridal and Make-Up Studio. You and your attendants can get ready in complete privacy.

Weather

Q: What is the weather like at Los Willows?

A: Los Willows enjoys beautiful weather all year round! Temperatures are mild in Spring, Fall and Winter; Warm in Summer. The Pavilion has fans installed in each corner and the sides open up to allow for a beautiful cross breeze.

Q: Does Los Willows have provisions in case it rains on the day of my wedding?

A: Los Willows is able to accommodate your ceremony and reception beautifully inside our climate controlled pavilion.

Q:  I’m getting married in January.  Will our guests be warm in the pavilion? 

A:  Yes, Los Willows is proud to say that our pavilion has forced air heating so you never have to rely on unsightly, inefficient space heaters.

Privacy:

Q:  I witnessed people crashing a wedding reception at a winery.  How can I be sure no uninvited guests will crash my wedding?

A:  Los Willows is truly unique because we are a private facility not open to the general public.  Hosting only one event per day, you can be assured you will never see wedding crashers here.

Noise

Q:  I have attended several weddings where I have heard street traffic or overhead airplanes.  What will I hear at Los Willows?

A:  The golden sound of silence so that you may hosts your guests without competing with undesirable traffic or airplane noise.
