Q: What is included in the Wedding Package?
A: Included in your wedding package:

Q: What is not included in the package?
A: Our Package does not include your Bar Package, Wedding Cake, Entertainment, and Clergy. Los Willows will provide you with an outstanding preferred vendor list.
Q: What if we only want a reception?
A: We will be happy to host your reception only event. You will receive a full 5 hours to enjoy your party!
Q: What are the guest minimums?
A: Saturday, 125 Guests
Sunday, 75 Guests
Friday, 75 Guests
Monday - Thursday, 50 Guests
You may have fewer guests in attendance for your event than the minimum requirements, but the per person pricing for each day's minimum will still apply. Please inquire about off-peak dates when minimums may be reduced.
Q: Is the dance floor included in the package?
A: Yes! Los Willows has a large 20' x 20' oak dance floor that is included in your wedding package.
Q: What kind of chairs are provided?
A: We provide rich mahogany Chiavari chairs for your reception and Vienna Garden chairs for your ceremony.
Q: What is the tent pavilion?
A: The tent pavilion is perfect for your reception of up to 250 guests. It is a 3,500 square foot permanent tent, with retractable sides. The climate controlled pavilion boasts wonderful views of the Los Willows Lake and grounds. There is a large dance floor so you and your guests can dance the night away.
Q: Do you offer children’s prices?
A: Yes! Pricing for children ten years and younger is half price.
(10 children maximum at this price. Must meet minimum adult guest count.) Pricing for children who do not take a chair at a table (usually in a high chair) is free.
Q: Is there an extra ceremony fee?
A: No. It is included in your package.
Q: Is there a cake cutting fee?
A: No. Cake Cutting is Included. All you need to do is to bring your cake and we will do the rest.
Q: Is a Bartender Included?
A: Yes. Our hosted bar packages include our friendly professional bartender.
Q: What if I want to host the bar for cocktail hour only?
A: No Problem. You can purchase any Bar packages by the hour. Afterward, the bar will turn into a cash bar.
Q: I am confused about the Bar Pricing: What is my best option?
A: That depends. Conservatively, you can assume your guests will consume an average of 3 drinks during your event. If you are considering a consumption bar, multiply the per drink price x 3 to get an idea of what the bar will be costing you if you host it. If you want to host your guests throughout your event and you feel that 3 drinks is considered too low an average for your party, then selecting one of our hosted bar packages is by far the best value.
Q: Do I need to provide a wedding coordinator?
A: Although Los Willows welcomes all outside coordinators, one is not necessary. Our talented team is here to help you in your planning process and an experienced coordinator will be provided to facilitate your rehearsal as well as your wedding event.
Q: Do you have a place for me to get ready on my wedding day?
A: In addition to your elegant dressing room, Los Willows has a beautiful state-of-the-art Bridal Salon for hair styling and makeup. You and your attendants can get ready in complete privacy in our very convenient onsite salon. Los Willows also provides a generous size Groom's Retreat on site as well.
Q: What is the weather like at Los Willows?
A: Los Willows enjoys beautiful weather all year round! Temperatures are mild in Spring, Fall, and Winter, and warm in Summer. The Pavilion has fans installed in each corner and the sides can open up to allow for a beautiful cross breeze, and is also equipped with forced air heating to ensure a warm, cozy reception on those rare cooler-than-usual nights.
Q: Does Los Willows have provisions in case it rains on the day of my wedding?
A: Los Willows is able to accommodate your ceremony and reception beautifully inside our large, climate controlled pavilion.
Q: I’m getting married in January. Will our guests be warm in the pavilion?
A: Yes, Los Willows is proud to say that our pavilion has forced air heating so you never have to rely on unsightly, inefficient space heaters.

Q: I witnessed people crashing a wedding reception at a winery. How can I be sure no uninvited guests will crash my wedding?
A: Los Willows is truly unique because we are a private estate not open to the general public. Hosting only one event at a time, you can be assured you will never see wedding crashers here.
Q: I have attended several weddings where I have heard street traffic or overhead airplanes. What will I hear at Los Willows?
A: The golden sound of silence so that you may host your guests without competing with undesirable traffic or airplane noise.
