Q: What is not included in the package?
A: Our traditional Ceremony & Reception package does not include your bar package, entertainment, photographer, florist, or Clergy. Los Willows will provide you with an outstanding preferred vendor list. For smaller weddings, we do have options that include vendors. Please ask your wedding planner for details.
Q: What if we only want a reception?
A: We will be happy to host your "reception only" event. You will receive a full 5 hours to enjoy your party!
Q: Is the dance floor included in the package?
A: Yes! Los Willows has a large 20' x 20' oak dance floor that is included in your wedding package.
Q: What kind of chairs are provided?
A: We provide rich mahogany Chiavari chairs for your reception and the ever popular white wood folding chairs for your ceremony.
Q: What is the tent pavilion?
A: The tent pavilion is perfect for your reception of up to 250 guests. It is a 3,500 square foot permanent tent, with retractable sides. The climate controlled pavilion boasts wonderful views of the Los Willows Lake and grounds. There is a large dance floor so you and your guests can dance the night away.
Q: What's your weather contingency plan for outdoors if it should rain?
A: Los Willows is able to accommodate your wedding inside our reception pavilion at no additional charge to you. Other outdoor venues might require you to rent a tent at the last minute.
Q: How long will I have use of the event site?
A: Los Willows includes 5 hours in their wedding and we can provide additional hours up to 10:00 p.m. for an additional charge. Please ask your wedding planner for details.
Q: Is there an outdoor area where my guests can mingle?
A: At Los Willows we have a very spacious covered cocktail area that overlooks our lakeside wedding gazebo. This space is available as guests arrive to enjoy their complimentary beverages until the wedding ceremony starts, after the ceremony and throughout the reception.
Q: Are you a licensed to provide hard alcohol as well as beer and wine?
A: Yes, Los Willows is fully licensed to serve hard alcohol as well as beer and wine. Many reception venues are not fully licensed and, therefore, cannot legally offer hard alcohol which can impact the taste and quality of mixed drinks that are served.
