Planning and Pre-Wedding Services
- Private Los Willows Estate for six-and-one-half hours: five hours for the ceremony/reception plus one-and-one-half hours prior for dressing and photography.
- Only one event is scheduled per day to ensure your privacy and provide the utmost quality of service.
- We provide a professional Wedding Planner and Wedding Coordinator to ensure your wedding is as perfect as you envisioned.
- Scheduled wedding rehearsal with your coordinator who will be present the day of your wedding as well.
- Exquisite Bride’s dressing room and private room for the Groom complete with tasty treats and chilled champagne, beer, or soda for the wedding party.
- Refreshing beverages will be served to your guests upon their arrival.
- Complimentary guest parking in our secure private lot.
- Professional event security is provided.
- All set up and clean up throughout your event.
Your Ceremony
Romantic ceremony in our lakeside gazebo under the shade
of a weeping willow, complete with white columns along the aisle.
- White Vienna chairs are provided for guest seating.
- Linen-skirted gift table and guest book table are placed at main entrance.
- Ceremony sound system with microphones is provided.
- Wedding boat grand entrance across our private lake or enter by a large, picturesque fountain surrounded by blooming flowers.
- Just married champagne boat cruise on the lake for the newly married couple.
Your Reception
Your reception at Los Willows is held in our large lavishly draped and climate controlled pavilion with retractable French window siding, ensuring the comfort of your guests. All receptions include:
- Seasonal fruits with chocolate fondue & vegetable display served with a buttermilk ranch dressing.
- Served, buffet, or station menu to please even the most sophisticated palate. (Please see our menu option sheet to customize your menu. Ethnic, vegan, and glatt kosher menus can be accommodated.)
- Wine at every table with your meal.
- Complimentary food tasting and the opportunity to meet our executive chef.
- Champagne toast (non-alcoholic sparkling cider also served).
- A wide selection of wedding cakes is available for you to choose from: more custom selections are available at an additional fee. Please consult with your wedding planner.
- Fairy tale wedding cake gazebo perfectly placed for memorable photos.
- Complimentary Cake Cutting and Service
- Gourmet coffee and beverages, including assorted syrups, chocolate, whipped cream, and cinnamon.
- Large “honey oak” dance floor with staging area for DJ or live band.
- Elevated sweetheart table on lighted stage for the Bride & Groom.
- Guest seating at round table with the white Vienna chairs.
- Floor length table linens in white or ivory with matching napkins.
- Reflective mirrors on each guest table to accentuate centerpieces.
- Select from three patterns of quality china, complete with glassware and stemware.
- Banquet captain and professional courteous uniformed wait staff, creating an elegant presentation.
