I wear many hats because that is how it is in this special industry. I have been working in Food & Beverage Service for over thirty years and with that experience I truly know food, from preparation to presentation and I know just about everything you need to know about hosting a successful bar. I will be the person you see when it’s time to have your menu tasting. You will also see me involved with our banquet staff ensuring everything goes according to plan.
